These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://builderius.io and the purchase of our software products operated by Builderius, based in Italy (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Licensing

We offer two lifetime license tiers:

• Website License: Use on one website
• Professional License: Use on unlimited websites

Development and staging domains do not count towards the tier limit. Only real public domains are counted against your license restrictions.

Our software code is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), which grants you the right to use, modify, and redistribute the code in accordance with GPL terms. Your purchase grants you a non-transferable lifetime license to use the software for the specified number of sites, plus access to updates and premium support during the product’s lifetime.

Important: While the software code is GPL-licensed, your commercial license for updates, support, and distribution rights is non-transferable and tied specifically to your purchase. You cannot sell, transfer, or redistribute your license to others.

Payment and Refunds

All purchases are one-time payments processed through Paddle. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing, or security of your billing information by Paddle. We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of purchase, minus credit card processing fees. To request a refund, contact [email protected].

Support

Purchasers receive premium support via [email protected] for the lifetime of the product. Technical support is provided exclusively to the original purchaser (the party who made the payment), regardless of any cost-sharing arrangements. We aim to respond to support requests promptly but do not guarantee specific response times.

Licensing Violations and Immediate Termination

The following activities will result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of all rights, without refund:

• Creating, distributing, or using unauthorized copies or “nulled” versions of our products
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing access to licensed products
• Operating services that provide access to our products to third parties for compensation
• Attempting to transfer your license to another party

Legitimate group purchases are permitted only when:

• The total number of participants does not exceed reasonable limits for the license type
• No participant charges others for access or creates a commercial arrangement
• All participants comply with stated license terms and usage limitations

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension, loss of access to all products and services, and forfeiture of any associated fees.

Feature Suggestions

Our roadmap includes a form where you can suggest features. By submitting suggestions, you grant us the right to use, implement, or ignore your suggestions without obligation or compensation. We may use your suggestions to improve our products but have no obligation to implement them.

Newsletter

You may subscribe to our newsletter to receive product updates and web development information. We send newsletters no more than bi-weekly, typically monthly. We do not share your email with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

User-Generated Content

When you submit feature suggestions or other content through our website, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and reference your submissions for business purposes.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or software to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to scrape or abuse our services

Intellectual Property

While our software code is GPL-licensed, our website content, branding, documentation, trademarks, and commercial distribution rights remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission. The GPL license covers the code itself, not the commercial product packaging, support services, or update distribution.

Privacy and Data Collection

When you purchase our products, we collect your email address and country via Paddle. When you submit feature suggestions, we collect your email and message content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Limitation of Liability

Our software is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our software or website, except as required by law. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our products.

Termination

We may terminate your access to our website for violations of these Terms. For licensing violations, termination results in immediate loss of access to updates and support, though the GPL code license remains valid for code you already possess.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Changes do not affect existing software licenses purchased under previous terms.
